Police arrest wife of man stabbed to death in Whampoa
Police also arrested a teenage male; both will be charged

Police have arrested the wife of a man found stabbed to death in Whampoa on Sunday morning.
They also arrested a 16-year-old Malay teenage male. Both arrests were made 24 hours after the murder took place, said the police in a statement
On Sunday morning, a neighbour found Mr Manap Sarlip lying outside his front door on the 16th floor of Block 74, Whampoa Drive. The disc jockey had been stabbed to death.
According to The Straits Times, Mr Manap, who was in his late 20s, had puncture wounds in his chest.
Mr Manap was pronounced dead at 8am. He leaves behind two young sons.
Reports said that Mr Manap's 24-year-old wife was home at the time and she was led away by police later to assist in the investigation.
On Monday, Mr Manap's wife was arrested at the Police Cantonment Complex. Meanwhile, the teenager was caught at Rivervale Drive. He also led police to a knife, believed to be the murder weapon, in a canal along Whampoa Drive.
Mr Manap's wife and the teen will be charged in court tomorrow.
